The Lashhood Society operates as a beauty studio, education provider and online store offering lash services, training, physical products and digital resources.

By booking a service or making a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Salon Services Policy

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within the required notice period. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice is provided.

Results & Retention

Lash retention varies based on individual lash cycles and aftercare. We do not guarantee retention outcomes.

Clients must follow aftercare instructions to maintain results.

Allergies & Sensitivities

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions prior to treatment.


Physical Products Policy

(Lash Supplies, Apparel, Tools)

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry:

• Lash adhesives
• Lash extensions
• Opened beauty products

are non-refundable unless faulty.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.


Digital Products & Training Policy

All digital products, including eBooks, templates, downloads and training materials, are non-refundable.

Once access has been granted or files delivered, refunds will not be issued due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchase
• Compatibility issues
• Personal preference

Digital content is licensed to the purchaser only and may not be shared, copied or redistributed.


Education & Training

Payments for training programs, workshops or online education are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a live training session is cancelled by us, you will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.


Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Shipping times vary depending on location and courier services.

The Lashhood Society is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees for international orders.


Intellectual Property

All branding, content, publications including LASHPRESSMAG, digital resources and creative materials remain the intellectual property of The Lashhood Society.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale or distribution is prohibited.


Limitation of Liability

The Lashhood Society is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions
• Misuse of products
• Improper aftercare
• Third-party shipping delays
