Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • Repairs or replacements for goods that fail to be of acceptable quality but do not constitute a major failure.

These rights are in addition to any other remedies available under the law.


Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Australia and internationally. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to external factors eg, our Apparel is custom made and printed by order so it may take up to 15 days. For lost, delayed, or damaged goods in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date to resolve the issue.


Returns and Refunds

In addition to our Return and Refund Policy, Australian customers are entitled to remedies under ACL if goods are:

  • Not of acceptable quality.
  • Not fit for their intended purpose.
  • Do not match the description or sample provided.

For eligible refunds, we will process your request promptly and offer the option of repair, replacement, or a refund. Refunds for change-of-mind purchases are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.


Digital Products and Workshops

Digital products and training services are considered final sale and non-refundable, except where ACL consumer guarantees apply. For example, if a digital product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.


Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Missliltyn Beauty & The Lash Sisterhood limits its liability to:

  • The replacement of goods or services.
  • The repair of goods.
  • The payment of the cost to replace or repair goods.

We are not responsible for misuse, accidents, or improper application of products by the customer or third-party professionals.


Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us at thelashsisterhood@gmail.com to resolve the matter promptly. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes may be resolved under Australian Consumer Law or through the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
