Returns
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items:
- Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable resources.
- Opened or used lash supplies, tools, and products.
- In-person training fees and workshop bookings.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- For damaged or defective products, we offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos of the damaged product are required for review.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
Non-refundable items:
- Digital products.
- Shipping costs.
- Opened & Used products
Exchanges
We can exchange physical merchandise for a different size or product if returned in unused, original condition within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you encounter this issue.
